The Abbyson bedroom set is rustic and modern and made of wood. It consists of clean-lined cases with beveled, box-mitered picture frame details with an exterior with a herringbone pattern surrounding each bank of drawers to create subtle detail.
Plinth bases are caved in to create a floating effect, rounding out the contemporary lines. This group is coated with extra thick cut, cathedral white oak with flake for a natural organic vibe.
The finish employs significant hand aging, including wire brushing, rocking, rasp, and gouging, to create the desired rustic effect. The upholstered beds feature Culp's Omari fabric. This furniture piece is constructed with an offset basket weave where the fabric consists of polyester, rayon, and linen yarn blend.
The plied slub yarns are used in the warp and weft direction to create subtle color contrast and add overall texture.
I was able to assemble this set in no time, it was super easy and fit my bedroom perfectly.
