Using mattress for my guest room. It expanded nicely after opening shrink wrap. Feels like a soft-medium, not true medium, as far as firmness. I had a guest sleeping on it for 4 nights and she loved it! She even wanted to get one for her guest room. There was one issue with the mattress when it arrived, but jennifer fixed it quickly and easily!
This mattress is for my daughter's room. Sometimes me or my husband stay there. We've had it for just a few days and are very hapoy with it. My daughter will eventually stay there on her own. She loves it already.
